Your quarterly action plan starts with strategic planning and ends with relevant, high-quality content and results that can be measured for effectiveness. No matter which platform we are helping you manage, it all begins with identifying your target audience and setting goals. Your engagement will continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate metrics and insights, and then acting on the information to improve performance.
Social posts come in all shapes, sizes, and formats – photos, videos, and shared content to name a few. We will work with you to develop an action plan that lays out your content calendar for a 3-6 month period. We will help your business generate, edit, publish and share content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. We can also help you optimize your Facebook business page with the proper information, images, and tab layouts.

Creative and high quality images are the key to successful social media engagement.
Art-Directed photos are included as part of your setup. This may include (but isn’t limited to) interior or exterior images of your business, staff, products, and services etc. Based on your tier, you will receive a set number of Art-Directed photos at setup, and half that number with every subsequent contract renewal. Additional photos are $65 each.
Snapshot photos are taken by your Digital Media Manager in a creative and more casual way to produce interesting and timely content for your platforms. Based on your package you will receive a set number of snapshot photos per quarter, additional photos are $35 each.
Stock images can be used to illustrate elements of your brand that would be too expensive or difficult to capture. Each tier includes a limited number of stock images or illustrations, though additional stock images can be purchased for $20 per image.
Client supplied images build an authentic voice for your social media platforms. We develop a certain amount of content, but you will need to supply some of the content as well. Don’t worry! We can help you develop a strategy to either capture images or obtain content.
One of the benefits of digital media is the ability to add dynamic content to campaigns called rich media. This includes animated GIFs or short videos. Periodically your Media Manager may suggest that a rich media post would benefit your business. Rich media costs a little extra to create, so we will be happy to estimate that cost ahead of time.
Give Aways, Trade shows, Sales, Holiday specials – Your business needs to capitalize on the special events you attend or create. Run a promotion to get people excited and engaged by creating specific content targeting your followers and their friends. Any additional marketing materials needed for the promo will be billed separately based on scope of event.
Each quarter we will provide an overview of your Digital Media analytics (likes, follows, clicks, conversions), to show just what works and what needs tweaking.
forbes&butler can help you optimize your company pages on the relevant internet listing sites (think Google, Yelp!, Bing, Houzz, and TripAdvisor). Often your business is already listed, and if you are ignoring these listings then someone else is defining your brand without your input.
Your customers won’t always find you in the normal course of browsing the web, that’s where paid advertising can push your digital media marketing to the next level. We will work with you to develop an advertising strategy for the platforms that are the most relevant to your business. Whether it is just Google AdWords, or creating beautiful image ads, Pay-Per-Click advertising on Google, Facebook, and other relevant platforms can help you convert “likes” into customers. *All advertising dollars are in addition to the monthly fee. Paid advertising will incur a nominal service fee for each paid post or campaign.
Connect with your customers in a more personal way. Provide product highlights, event reminders, or even promotions in a way that is trackable and coordinated. Craft a series of emails for new customers that will automatically be sent on a pre-set schedule.

In 2001, Jason Butler joined creative forces with Holly Forbes to form Forbes & Butler Visual Communications, Inc. Over the next 22 years, Jason and Holly’s expertise as designers helped the firm expand the scope of its services. They created a free-thinking, compassionate, and creative work environment where all employees were treated like family. The firm handled a vast array of clients, from large corporate franchise campaigns to start-up business logos and non-profit branding. Jason was a creative powerhouse who approached every project with passion and excellence.
During this time, Jason was heavily involved in various organizations and nonprofits, dedicated to bettering the local community. In 2015, he joined the Longview Main Street Board of Directors, where he proudly served for the rest of his life. Jason was ecstatic to witness the growth of Downtown Longview.
Jason was also an enthusiastic hobbyist. He enjoyed spending weekends camping, hiking, and kayaking. Music was another of his passions, one he shared closely with his daughters. Above all, Jason found his greatest joy in screen printing, which he produced out of the family’s garage. In 2018, he founded Jason Butler Fine Art Screen Print and began exhibiting his work at Longview’s quarterly ArtWalks, where he connected with others over his art. Jason always cherished bringing the memories of his clients to life.
Above all else, Jason passionately loved his girls, Shelly, Lindsey, and Morgan, along with his four-legged friends, Baxter, Bella, and all of their pets over the years. Every year, the family made a point to take a vacation together—whether it was spent at Pensacola Beach, in the mountains skiing, or in the desert. If he was with his girls, he was happy.
Amongst his peers, Jason was known as the life of the party. His laughter was infectious, and he loved bringing others joy. He will be dearly missed by his friends and family, as well as the entire Longview community. Jason was a shining pillar of his community, exemplifying what it means to be a leader, advocate, and friend.
A memorial mural titled “Colorful Lady”, made possible by the generosity of his family and friends, ensures that Jason’s contributions to the arts will continue to inspire the cultural community. The artwork for this mural is based on the original screen print series of the same name by Jason. His limited edition series featured his signature style of printing: an ever-evolving palette of colors that changed with every pull of the squeegee. This mural is installed on the north-facing wall of the LMFA at 213 North Fredonia Street in Longview, Texas.
